Ofriq is a multi-vendor marketplace platform that connects users to nearby vendors and delivery agents for ordering food, groceries, medicine, parcels, and other products.
You must register with accurate personal information.
Keep your account credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
By using Ofriq, you agree:
Not to use the app for illegal or harmful purposes.
Not to interfere with the app’s functionality or other users’ experience.
To place orders in good faith and provide accurate delivery information.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (if required).
Prices are set by vendors and may include delivery fees.
Ofriq is not responsible for delays or order issues caused by vendors or external circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).
Cancellation policies vary by vendor.
Refunds are processed based on vendor policies and the status of your order.
Users must raise refund requests within 24 hours of a failed or incorrect delivery.
Vendors and delivery riders are independent partners. Ofriq expects:
Vendors to fulfill orders correctly and on time.
Riders to deliver respectfully and safely.
If you experience misconduct, report it through the app.
All content, trademarks, and logos in the app are the property of Ofriq or its partners.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Ofriq is not liable for:
Product quality issues from vendors.
Delays in delivery caused by third parties.
Losses arising from your misuse of the app or unauthorized account access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms.
You misuse the platform.
Required by law or platform safety.
We may update these Terms occasionally. You will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
